Ready to serve. For the best flavour remove slices from packaging, cover and bring to room temperature, ideally an hour before serving.

You can enhance the aroma and flavour of ibrico ham by serving the slices on warm plates.

Serving note: the shiny, melting fat of ibrico ham contains much of the rich, deep flavour.

Delicious with cava or champagne.
