A simple philosophy that unites all Italian families and friends in their passion for the Art of Living Well' - that is to enjoy good food, good wine and good company. It is produced by Zonin1821, a family winery established over 200 years ago in 1821 in the Veneto region which today has estates across Italy.
Regional Information
Puglia is a sunny, dry region in the South of Italy (towards the 'heel' of the 'boot') with fertile soil. Re-knowned for its full-bodied, fruit-forward red wines which pair well with a wide variety of foods.

Vinification Details
The grapes, picked when fully ripe, are gently crushed and destalked and the resulting juice is then fermented for 21 days at a temperature of 25-28C. Once the vinification process is completed, the wine is aged for 4 months in 350-litre French oak tonneaux'.
