Responsibly farmed in the cool, clear waters of Scotland's West Coast and smoked in our own Smokehouse, Loch Fyne smoked salmon is renowned for its quality and depth of flavour.

We dry cure our fresh salmon fillets with brown sugar and sea salt, then gently smoke over oak shavings from retired whisky casks. The result is a delicate yet richly flavoured salmon

Serving Notes
This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack five minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Classic Smoked Scottish Salmon: delicate and subtly smoky, with hints of sweetness. The faintest tang of oak, and a satisfying fullness of flavour in the mouth. Simply delicious with brown bread, butter and lemon wedges, scrambled eggs and asparagus or pasta and cream.

Serving Suggestion:
Loch Fyne Classic Smoked Salmon is delicious served cold with a slice of lemon and crusty brown bread or with scrambled eggs for breakfast.
