Italian egg pasta parcels filled with a rich pork and beef ragu and creamy bchamel sauce. Cook gently over the hob for three minutes, stir in your favourite sauce and finished with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Serves 2.

Serving
Gently drain pasta when cooked and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favourite sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Boil - From Frozen. 4 mins
Remove all packaging.
Bring 1 3/4 litres (3 pints) of lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add pasta and return to a gentle boil.; Boil - From Chilled. 3 mins
