Egg pasta parcels filled with a classic pairing of ricotta cheese and green spinach. Cook over the hob for four minutes, drain and toss through butter and extra virgin olive oil. Serves 2.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once opened, eat within 3 days.

Serving
Gently drain pasta when cooked and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favourite sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Boil - From Frozen. 5 mins
Remove all packaging. Bring 1 3/4 litres (3 pints) of lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add pasta and return to a gentle boil.; Boil - From Chilled. 4 mins
