Preparation and Usage

Stir Fry Meal Suggestion
In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated above. Add noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately.
Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.

Instructions

Stir Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins
Needs cooking. Remove film. Preheat a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add 10ml of oil. Add all ingredients except the leaf and cook for 3-4 mins stirring continuously. Add the leaf and stir fry for a further 1-2 mins. Serve immediately. Do not reheat.
