Instructions
1.Remove packaging and outer leaves, chop the florets and rinse under cold running water.
2.Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
3.Add the cauliflower florets and cover with a lid.
4.Return to the boil, simmer gently for 8 minutes (or until tender).
5.Drain and serve immediately.
