Ingredients:
2 parts Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin
1 part fresh lemon juice
2 parts soda water
Champagne, to top
Freshly sliced strawberry & twist of lime peel, to garnish

Method:
Combine 50ml Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin, 25ml of Lemon Juice and 50ml Soda in a wine glass. Topp with Champagne or Prosecco and garnish with a Lime Zest & Sliced Strawberries


Strawberry Smash G&T: Our champion twist on the classic G&T is a winning summertime serve.

Ingredients:
1 part Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin
3 parts premium tonic water
Freshly sliced strawberries, to garnish

Method:
For a perfectly mixed double, add 50ml Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin to an ice-filled highball and top with 150ml chilled tonic water. Lift with a drinks stirrer to combine before adding freshly sliced strawberries to garnish.

Ingredients:

the juice of half a lemon
part simple syrup
Chilled soda water, to top
Fresh strawberries, to garnish
Lemon twist, to garnish

Method:
Combine 50ml Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin, the juice of half a lemon and 15ml sugar syrup in an ice-filled highball. Top with chilled soda water and garnish with fresh strawberries and a lemon twist.
