Cooking Instructions - General. These meatballs are precooked. You can heat them on the hob, in the oven or in the microwave.; Hob - From Chilled. Cook in a shallow pan for 2-3 minutes; Microwave - From Chilled. Based on 950W, place on a microwaveable dish for 60-90 seconds on full power; Oven cook - From Chilled. On a baking tray at 150C/300F Gas 2 for 10-12 mins.
